This is a 12-session live virtual course specifically tailored for adults diagnosed with ADHD later in life. The course was developed by LeAnn Levering, LCSW, who discovered her own ADHD diagnosis in her 40s and has since dedicated herself to helping others navigate similar experiences. It consists of psychoeducational and skills-based training designed to support individuals in managing their ADHD effectively.
